MOJO Family of Brands seeks a Facilities & CapEx Coordinator to support our growing network of express car washes. This role plans and tracks facility maintenance, repair projects, and capital investments for wash equipment, site upgrades, and infrastructure. You'll coordinate vendors, quotes, permits, and schedules, and maintain asset and warranty records. Partnering with operations leaders, you'll prioritize projects, monitor budgets and timelines, and help ensure sites are safe, clean, and guest-ready. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, field-focused environment. Responsibilities Coordinate facility maintenance and repair projects across multiple car wash locations. Assist in planning and tracking capital expenditures for equipment, site upgrades, and infrastructure. Obtain and compare vendor quotes; schedule and oversee contractor work. Maintain accurate asset, warranty, and maintenance records using tracking tools or CMMS. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and status; provide regular reports to leadership. Support compliance with safety, building, and environmental regulations. Partner with operations leaders to prioritize projects based on guest impact and risk. Conduct routine site walk-throughs to identify facility and equipment needs. Coordinate permits, inspections, and approvals with local authorities, as needed. Recommend process improvements to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
