Job Description

Responsible for the management and direction of maintenance, linen, security, biomedical, and serves as EOC/Safety Officer.
General Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance, housekeeping, linen, materials, biomedical, transportation and security. Staff all responsible departments and flex as needed. Develops monthly schedules to staff all departments. Responsible for planning, implementing and supervising the activities of the Hospital's Materials Management Department, including procurement of supplies, control of inventory and review of material utilization. Manage all 7 management plans for the EOC for BBRMC according to QHC guidelines. Manage all projects in regards to maintenance, housekeeping, linen, biomedical, transportation or security Be prepared to answer all complaints from patients, doctors, staff or visitors. Responsible for all Joint Commission required Safety and Environmental Services inspections. Be prepared to report on any issue, project or proposal in regards to Environmental Services at any time. Work closely with local fire and police departments to maintain county-wide3 disaster response support. Manage QHC required Meta Check for 100% completion every month. Extensive documentation production, update, maintenance. Life safety, EOC, and EM documentation and compliance. Manage Facility infrastructure maintenance.
