Job Description
Duties:
Assist the teacher with daily classroom activities and instruction.
Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students.
Help implement accommodations and modifications outlined in student plans.
Monitor student behavior and encourage positive social interactions.
Assist students with classroom assignments and organizational skills.
Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
