Reports To:
Department or Division Supervisor Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, managing all communications, inquiries, and reception duties. Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, scheduling, and maintaining supplies and equipment. Oversee data management, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports. Supervise and support student assistants and other temporary staff, as required. Implement and maintain departmental software and manage updates to web content and online resources. Maintain strict confidentiality of all student records and information in compliance with FERPA. Provide comprehensive support for financial aid processes, including assisting students with documentation and inquiries. Handle document processing and imaging tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and file management. Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with all college policies and procedures. Work assigned schedule and comply with the timekeeping policy. Perform all other duties as assigned by appropriate supervisory personnel.
