FJH Entertainment/DBA Mt Playmore is looking for a versatile, proactive Facility Manager to keep our Children's Entertainment Center safe, functional, and looking sharp. This is a perfect "step-up" role for a seasoned handyman or tradesperson who wants to manage a facility and grow with a local small business.

What You'll Do The Hands-on Stuff:

Perform daily maintenance including drywall repair, professional-grade painting, minor plumbing (leaky sinks, toilets), and general "fix-it" tasks.

The Big Picture:

Monitor the facility's overall health, identify needed improvements, and ensure we stay compliant with city codes and safety requirements.

Contractor Management:

When a job is too big for one person, you'll be the point contact—gathering bids, vetting contractors, and overseeing their work to ensure it's done right.

Safety First:

Keep our environment pristine for the families and children we serve.

What We're Looking For Proven Experience:

You have a solid background in residential or commercial maintenance (drywall and paint skills are a must).

Problem Solvers:

You don't just see a problem; you see a solution. You know your way around a toolbox and a local hardware store.

Organization:

You can manage a budget, compare quotes, and keep track of a maintenance schedule.

Integrity:
