Directly supporting the facility management team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities. Job Description Responsibilities Oversee cleaning, landscaping, and security services
Vendor Management:
Assist in sourcing and supervising external contractors and service providers Review work performed by vendors to ensure quality and adherence to contractual agreementsAdministrative Support:
Provide administrative support by maintaining facility records, compliance documents, and service contracts Support the facilities team with clerical duties, including scheduling, procurement, and budget trackingSafety and Compliance:
Ensure that all facilities operations comply with health and safety standards and legal requirements Participate in the development and implementation of emergency plans and occupational safety proceduresSpace Management:
Assist with office space allocation and layout planning to maximize efficiency Coordinate internal moves and support changes to office configurationsSupport Services Coordination:
Liaise between staff and external providers for support services such as catering, cleaning, parking, and securityInventory Control:
Manage supplies inventory and place orders for facilities-related items, ensuring critical stock levels are maintainedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to multitask and prioritize work orders Familiarity with procurement and budgeting Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management softwareEducation and Experience:
