Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead operations of a mission-critical commercial property. You will manage building infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and life-safety systems to ensure uptime, reliability, and compliance. Responsibilities include supervising technicians and vendors, planning and overseeing maintenance, coordinating capital and repair projects, managing budgets, and maintaining documentation. You will develop and implement risk mitigation, emergency response, and energy efficiency strategies while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of mission-critical building systems and infrastructure Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and life-safety systems Supervise and schedule facility technicians, contractors, and service providers Develop, implement, and document standard operating procedures and emergency response plans Monitor system performance, reliability, and uptime; respond to incidents and outages Plan, coordinate, and oversee repair and capital improvement projects Manage facility budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and environmental/energy efficiency initiatives Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for audits and client reviews Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high service levels and continuous improvement Required Skills Critical facilities management Mechanical and electrical systems (MEP) knowledge HVAC systems management Building management systems (BMS) Preventive and predictive maintenance planning Budgeting and cost control Vendor and contractor management Regulatory compliance and safety standards Emergency and incident response planning Project management
