As a Facilities Coordinator I, you will do just that as you assist with the coordination of maintenance and repair related to mechanical and electrical operations, HVAC, custodial and landscaping to ensure buildings are comfortable and safe for faculty, staff, students and guests. Multiple positions are available. We need your ability to assist with routine, preventative, and planned facility maintenance issues, departmental moves, after-hours emergencies and more. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate renovation and construction projects, building access, space planning and emergency management. You will provide excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills in every aspect of your job.
