Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
Manage building and grounds maintenance, including grounds, warehouse, yard, showroom, and offices.

Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, registrations, repairs, and DOT compliance.

Coordinate with outside vendors: mechanics, HVAC, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, pest control, waste, and janitorial services.

Maintain and coordinate repairs on kitchen, laundry, and tent cleaning machines.

Keep trucks, trailers, forklifts, and equipment inspection-ready.

Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing inventory in the warehouse.

Prepare rental items for events, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.

Maintain repair logs, maintenance calendars, vendor quotes, POs, and invoices.

Ensure warehouse/yard safety, cleanliness, signage, parking, fire lanes, and OSHA compliance.

Conduct daily facility walk-throughs and weekly fleet status reporting.

Report directly to the General Manager or Director of Operations.
