You'll lead the charge in planning and executing initiatives that keep our business running smoothly, our infrastructure in top shape, and our daily operations humming across all our sites. We're looking for a highly organized, local problem-solver who loves juggling projects, building great relationships with vendors, and making sure everything is up to code—all while keeping the lines of communication wide open.
JOB SPECIFIC
FUNCTIONSKeeping Things Running:
You'll oversee all maintenance and repairs, making sure our locations are safe, functional, and looking their best for our team and clients.
Staying Compliant:
You'll stay on top of safety standards and building codes to ensure all our properties are fully protected and up to date.
Vendor Partnerships:
You'll be the main point of contact for our external pros, negotiating agreements and coordinating with contractors from our Home Office.
Smart Workflows:
We want to make things easier for everyone! You'll look at how we handle maintenance requests and design better, simpler ways to get things done.
System & Software Optimization:
Act as the project lead for internal facility management software rollouts, asset tracking database maintenance, and technical platform updates to ensure adoption and data integrity.
Resource Coordination:
Utilize enterprise management platforms to align third-party technicians, internal staff, and emergency repair dispatch metrics with broader business demands.
Quality Checks:
You'll keep an eye on how we're doing by reviewing quality metrics and maintenance spending each week to keep us on track.

Connecting the
Dots:
You'll host regular catch-ups between leadership and our clinics to smooth out any bottlenecks and keep everyone in the loop.

Lending a
Hand:
You'll learn the ins and outs of our business so you can step in and support our operations and scheduling teams during busy times.
QualificationsWhere You'll Be:
You should be local to or within an easy commute of our Home Office in Flower Mound, TX.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is great, but we also value real-world experience in business, operations, or facilities management.
Background:
You have 3-5+ years of experience managing maintenance and vendors across multiple sites, preferably from a central office setting.
Great Communicator:
You're a pro at chatting with everyone from contractors to executives, and you know how to give and receive feedback with a smile.
Top-Notch Organizer:
You're detail-oriented and can keep a cool head while balancing a busy to-do list and handling sensitive info with care.
