Work location: 6100 Harris Parkway Fort Worth, TX 76132 Work hours: Monday•Friday 7:30 AM•4:00 PM rotating schedule with Clearfork coverage as needed and on-call rotation.

Here's What You Need:
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required 3 Years' experience required in a commercial or industrial environment. 1 Year experience in a healthcare environment highly preferred. Knowledge of chilled water systems, pneumatic tube stations, computerized maintenance systems, HVAC, and general plumbing highly preferred. Knowledge of fire alarms, life safety systems and inspections of fire alarm devices is highly preferred. Knowledge of emergency generators and related equipment is highly preferred. DL•Driver's License Upon Hire required. Other Healthcare maintenance certification Upon Hire preferred.
What You Will Do:
Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, hospital equipment, and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system. Performs the duties of skill trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required. Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities, and the like.
