Job Description We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator 2 to support day-to-day site operations for a Contract position based in Frisco, Texas. This role focuses on delivering a high standard of workplace service, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the facility runs smoothly for occupants and visitors. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and customer service experience, works effectively in an onsite environment, and can manage requests, reporting, and follow-up with attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily facility activities across the site to help ensure a safe, organized, and well-maintained workplace environment. Coordinate with external vendors, property contacts, and service providers to schedule maintenance, track progress, and confirm completion of assigned work. Receive, prioritize, and route service requests through the work order process while providing timely updates to stakeholders. Monitor vendor performance and support service quality reviews to confirm work is delivered in line with contractual expectations and site standards. Maintain shared spaces such as break rooms and common areas by addressing supply needs and responding promptly to workplace requests. Prepare routine operational reports and communicate important updates, issues, and escalations to management, clients, and partners as needed. Assist with facility inspections and support compliance with company procedures as well as applicable local, state, and federal requirements. Support budget tracking, invoice review, and cost-conscious facility practices while helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery. Organize meetings with vendors and stakeholders, document action items, and follow through to help resolve service concerns and prevent repeat issues. At least 3 years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace support, administrative operations, or a related field. Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond professionally and effectively to a wide range of occupant and client needs. Experience working with work order systems and coordinating maintenance or service requests from intake through completion. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and provide clear written and verbal communication. Familiarity with vendor coordination, scheduling, and follow-up in an onsite facilities or office environment. Working knowledge of compliance, operational procedures, and standard facility practices. Proficiency with reporting, correspondence, and general administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting. Availability to work onsite in Frisco, Texas for the duration of this contract assignment.
