High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Texas driver's license. 2-5 years of similar or related experience. Previous facilities maintenance or building operations experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A dependable, team-oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed. Ability to perform the physical requirements of a hands-on facilities role, which may include standing and lifting.
