Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead the day-to-day sales and client experience at our facility. The General Manager will be responsible for client acquisition, client retention, membership sales, and overall customer experience. The primary objective is to help baseball and softball players become
GAME READY
while building a strong, successful, and growing facility. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with athletes and parents, comfortable making sales, capable of following up with leads, and passionate about helping players improve. Duties Generate new clients through lead follow-up, community outreach, referrals, and facility marketing. Contact and follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, text messages, and other communication. Schedule evaluations, training sessions, memberships, and appointments. Sell Clubhouse membership packages and training programs. Develop strong relationships with players and their families to increase client retention. Monitor client progress and communicate results to players and parents. Review player/game video and help identify areas of improvement. Help players build confidence through measurable results and development. Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional environment throughout the facility . Work closely with instructors to ensure clients are receiving an exceptional training experience. Track leads, sales, memberships, renewals, and other key performance indicators. Participate in local baseball and softball events, camps, tournaments, and community outreach. Help develop partnerships with local schools, teams, coaches, and organizations. Oversee daily facility operations and ensure the Clubhouse is clean, organized, and operating at Hit Haven standards. Lead by example and represent our Clubhouse brand and its core values Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Prior coaching experience is not required Playing experience at the high school, collegiate, or professional level is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with athletes and parents. Strong sales and relationship-building ability. Highly motivated and results-oriented. Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities. Ability to work independently while also leading and collaborating with a team. Willingness to learn INFINITE's sales process, systems, and training methodology. Candidates do not need prior sales experience. We will provide training on proper sales techniques, systems, and processes. Skills Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments. Strong management capabilities including managerial decision-making, shift management, and operational oversight. Excellent customer and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as budgeting, cash handling, and operational management efficiently. Technical proficiency related to facility operations including equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
