Responsibilities Responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, furniture, fixtures, and effects, including: Shipping and receiving Building Maintenance Supply Room / Office Supplies Landscaping Event Support Breakrooms Company Vehicles The Facilities Technician must be able to: Resolve facilities issues of moderate complexity. Plan and execute tasks with minimal direction. Work as part of a team to ensure daily facilities functions are accomplished. Communicate and collaborate effectively with vendors, visitors, and employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to analyze problems and create appropriate courses of action. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a high degree of versatility. Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with standard office equipment.
