Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and day-to-day performance of assigned buildings. Our team is looking for someone who can help maintain a secure, well-functioning environment while responding to maintenance needs and supporting a variety of facility operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the facility to help ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems. Perform general and preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management tasks. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed, and move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials upon request.

Required:

High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of experience required. Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
