WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Oversee facility operations to keep the property running smoothly. Lead, train, schedule, and support colleagues while maintaining high standards for performance and service. Coordinate maintenance, construction, alterations, and capital projects to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Manage department programs, budgets, inventories, checklists, and financial controls to support efficient operations. Partner with contractors, vendors, and property leadership to coordinate projects and ensure operational needs are met. Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate planned work, share updates, and support seamless day-to-day operations.. Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities, engineering, hotel operations, or a related field, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold a team accountable. Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and interruptions. Strong operational and technical knowledge of facilities operations. Strong business and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage budgets, inventory, projects, and operational decisions independently. A guest-focused, collaborative mindset with strong judgment, attention to detail, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to the Canyon Ranch mission.

Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.
