Our client, a leader in property management and facilities services, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Oversee building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of facilities Manage work order processes and coordinate repairs and upgrades Engage with engineering teams and ensure safety compliance Coordinate project management activities for facility improvements Interact with clients to address operational needs and ensure satisfaction What's Needed? Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities management or related fields Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills for effective team and client interactions Ability to utilize technology and systems, including MS Office Suite Experience in HVAC, engineering, plumbing, or plant operations is preferred What's in it for me?
