Job Description

Chestnut Place Senior Living in Berlin VT is seeking a full time Facilities Director to join the team. In addition to routine and preventative maintenance, the Director will oversee a small housekeeping department. Must have experience with all building systems including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and be able to work with and manage vendors to support these systems.
Routine tasks will include:
light plumbing, painting, repairs, overseeing security systems and assisting residents as they are moving in. Seeking a flexible, efficient self-starter with a friendly demeanor to become an essential member of our management team. If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in facilities management, we encourage you to apply.

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
