Job Description
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a Pfizer site in Bothell. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination, ensuring safety, compliance, and a high-quality workplace experience. You'll manage work orders, budgets, and building systems while supporting capital projects, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of assigned Pfizer Bothell facility within JLL portfolio, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant building performance Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendor services, and inspections for critical building systems and equipment Monitor lease terms, service-level agreements, and budgets; support cost control and financial reporting Support capital projects, fit-outs, and space changes in collaboration with project and construction teams Conduct regular facility and safety inspections; ensure adherence to EHS standards and regulatory requirements Respond to tenant / client requests promptly and maintain strong client-service relationships Track and report key performance indicators, work orders, and asset data using facility management software Partner with sustainability and energy teams to support efficiency initiatives and building performance improvements Collaborate with cross-functional JLL and client teams to resolve issues and improve processes Prepare documentation, reports, and recommendations for leadership and client stakeholders Required Skills Facility management Building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Vendor and contractor management Budgeting and cost control Lease and service-level administration EHS and regulatory compliance CMMS / work order systems Project coordination Data analysis and reporting Sustainability and energy management
