Job Description

As a Move Coordinator at Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., you will plan and execute office and workplace moves for JLL and its clients, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption. You will manage schedules, vendor coordination, move logistics, and on-site support while maintaining accurate floor plans, inventories, and documentation. Partnering closely with facility management, IT, security, and building operations, you will uphold safety and compliance standards. This role supports a performance-driven, client-focused environment with opportunities to grow your career in global commercial real estate. Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end office, workplace, and employee moves for JLL corporate and client sites Plan move schedules, sequencing, and logistics to minimize business disruption Liaise with vendors, building management, IT, security, and facilities teams to execute moves Maintain detailed move documentation, floor plans, and inventories Communicate move plans, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders and occupants Support space planning and occupancy tracking in collaboration with CRE and facilities teams Monitor move budgets, quotes, purchase orders, and invoices Ensure compliance with safety, security, and building regulations during moves Identify process improvements and support technology-enabled move management tools Provide on-site support during move events and resolve issues in real time Required Skills Move coordination Project management Space planning support Vendor management Facilities coordination Budget tracking MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) CAFM/IWMS or move-management tools Written and verbal communication Problem-solving
