Job Description

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support day-to-day operations for commercial properties in our Real Estate, Rental & Leasing portfolio. In this on-site role, you will help manage building services, coordinate vendors, oversee work orders and preventive maintenance, and support space and occupancy needs. You will monitor budgets and service contracts, assist with compliance and safety programs, and respond to tenant and client requests. You'll join a performance-driven, collaborative culture with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to innovative, sustainable workplace solutions across high-profile client portfolios. Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day operations of assigned facilities, ensuring safe, efficient building performance. Coordinate and oversee vendor services, maintenance activities, and inspections. Support implementation of preventive maintenance programs and work order management. Monitor facility budgets, invoices, and service contracts for accuracy and value. Respond to tenant and client service requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication. Support health, safety, and environmental compliance across the property portfolio. Assist with space planning, moves, adds, and changes to support occupancy needs. Gather and report facility performance metrics, KPIs, and incident trends. Collaborate with property, project, and engineering teams to deliver consistent service. Identify opportunities for process, sustainability, and cost-efficiency improvements.
