Job Description

Pay:
$35$/HR to $40/HR DOE The pay listed is the hourly/salary rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Qualifications Experience in facilities or maintenance coordination Knowledge of building systems and safety standards Strong vendor management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Core Competencies Client service, operational execution, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee facility operations and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) Manage work orders and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance Source and manage vendors; verify compliance and performance Respond to facility emergencies and support 24/7 coverage as needed Maintain records, reporting, and regulatory compliance Manage inventory and procurement of supplies Coordinate with property management and parking vendors

5 business days Provide monthly reporting and consistent stakeholder communication
