We are looking for a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Club Pride member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a busy fitness facility. Previous cleaning or facility-maintenance experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the fitness facility. Follow a daily designated-area cleaning schedule to ensure all areas receive consistent attention. Clean and maintain locker rooms, restrooms, workout areas, studios, common areas, and other assigned spaces. Empty trash and maintain proper sanitation standards. Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and fitness equipment as assigned. Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed. Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to management. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with members and staff. Complete assigned cleaning duties efficiently and consistently throughout each shift. Qualifications Reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and stay on task. Professional and respectful communication with members and staff. Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift. Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility-cleaning experience preferred but not required. Must be willing to learn and follow established cleaning procedures.
