Retrieving files and layouts and preparing them for production. Setting up and operating production equipment. Preparing materials through cutting, laminating, trimming, and finishing processes. Inspecting products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Proofreading labels, signs, and tags for accuracy. Packaging completed orders for shipment. Monitoring quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics. Performing routine equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Supporting team goals and on-time customer delivery. Every order is custom, which means every day brings something different and provides opportunities to learn new skills. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent At least one (1) year of manufacturing experience Ability to accurately read a ruler and perform basic math calculations Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written instructions and product specifications Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic computer skills Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with printing, engraving, labeling, or finishing processes. Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance skills. Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
