Facility Director Full-Time | $55,000 - $80,000 per year Bay Harbor of River Falls | River Falls, WI Bay Harbor of River Falls is a growing assisted living community in River Falls, WI, and we're looking for a compassionate leader who is also a results-driven business leader. As Facility Director, you'll be the face of the community: the person prospective residents, families, and referral partners think of first.

Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do Leadership and Community Operations Provide overall leadership and direction for the community, and make sure daily operations run smoothly and professionally. Set clear expectations for staff performance, accountability, and resident service, and address concerns quickly. Sales, Marketing, and Census Development Own the full sales process, from first inquiry through tour, deposit, and move-in, tracking lead activity and conversion rates along the way. Build referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, home health and hospice agencies, physicians, and elder law and financial professionals in the River Falls area. Resident and Family Relations Build positive relationships with residents and families, and keep communication open about services, expectations, and concerns. Respond to resident and family concerns promptly, and look for ways to improve satisfaction. Resident Care and Quality Work with the nursing and clinical team to make sure care matches each resident's needs and care plan. Monitor quality indicators and resident outcomes, and make sure resident rights, privacy, and dignity are protected. Staffing and Employee Management Recruit, hire, train, and retain a qualified team, and keep staffing levels where residents need them. Build and manage staff schedules that keep the community fully covered, and adjust coverage as resident needs change. Coach performance year-round, and recognize employees who go above and beyond. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Keep the community in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, licenses, and required documentation. Prepare for regulatory inspections and surveys, and follow through on any corrective action plans. Financial and Business Management Help build and manage the community budget, and track revenue, expenses, and other financial indicators. Approve purchases within your authority, and use census and financial data to guide growth decisions. Marketing and Community Presence Serve as the face of Bay Harbor at open houses, senior fairs, and community events. Oversee marketing efforts, including social media, print, and advertising, to make sure they represent the community accurately.
Qualifications Required:
At minimum 21 years in age 3-5 years of leadership experience in senior living A track record of growing sales and occupancy in a senior living community Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L ownership Completion of (or the ability to complete) a Wisconsin DHS-approved Assisted Living Administrator training course
Preferred:
