Make your next career move matter. We are looking for a Facilities Manager for our nursing home in Sauk City, Wisconsin. You will oversee all building operations, lead our maintenance team, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our seniors. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive leadership team Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems. Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and OSHA healthcare regulations. Lead, train, and schedule the facility maintenance staff. Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and repair budgets. Conduct regular safety drills and maintain emergency preparedness logs.

Schedule:
8-hour shift / Monday to Friday / On-call rotation
Key Duties:
Keep all building systems running well. Fix heating, cooling, and plumbing issues fast. Follow all state and federal safety rules. Lead and schedule the maintenance team. Manage repair budgets and outside workers.
What We Need:
Experience building upkeep or plant operations. (3+ years preferred) Knowledge of life safety codes in healthcare. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. A caring heart for older adults.
