Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receiving Forklift Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inbound shipments, safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, and ensuring accurate inventory management. Your proactive approach will help streamline warehouse distribution, support order fulfillment, and maintain seamless shipping and receiving operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are paramount. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload shipments efficiently Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using inventory management software. Accurately document receipt of goods through data entry into warehouse management systems and inventory management software Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during all load & unload activities Qualifications Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners in a warehouse Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Strong understanding of warehouse operations including stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and quality control
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
