 Job DescriptionWe're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Driver to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, United States. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse and logistics operations, seamlessly managing both warehouse responsibilities and vehicle operations. You will ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service. Your contributions will directly impact our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport warehouse goods and materials to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulationsPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals, minimize fuel consumption, and maximize operational efficiencyLoad, unload, and secure cargo according to established safety protocols and company standards, ensuring cargo integrity during transportMaintain accurate and organized records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and inventory transactionsPerform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and report them promptly to managementCommunicate effectively and transparently with warehouse staff, management, and customers regarding delivery status, delays, and any operational concernsOrganize and arrange cargo strategically within the vehicle to maximize space utilization and prevent damage during transportMaintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle interior and exterior at all timesAssist with warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and material handling as neededDemonstrate commitment to safety protocols and maintain an accident-free driving record through consistent adherence to company policiesWork collaboratively with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficientlyQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience operating various types of vehicles and warehouse equipmentStrong proficiency in time management and route planningExcellent organizational and detail-oriented skill setComprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling proceduresPhysical ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly (up to 50 pounds)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and customersDemonstrated commitment to safety protocols and accident-free driving practicesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamStrong problem-solving abilities and resilience in managing operational challengesReliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedules and warehouse deadlinesCommercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one (preferred, depending on vehicle type)Familiarity with warehouse management systems and GPS navigation tools (preferred)Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred)Experience with inventory management systems (preferred)Others duties per Managers discretion Additional InformationYour well-being matters at Bosch!
