    • When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description We are seeking a safety-focused Forklift Operator to support lumber yard and kiln operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    This role is responsible for safely operating industrial forklifts, stacking and unstacking lumber, unloading production materials, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting daily yard and kiln operations. The ideal candidate will have prior industrial forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.     • Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and unstack lumber in the yard and kiln areas
    • Unload at production levels and stack lumber according to company stacking policies
    • Pick up loose boards from the yard, kiln, and stacker areas while separating usable and unusable materials
    • Move usable boards to proper rough dry units and transport unusable, warped, broken, or bowed boards to the hog
    • Perform pre-shift forklift inspections, refuel equipment, and verify safety interlocks are working properly
    • Follow all established safety procedures, lockout procedures, and task-specific work sequences Qualifications and Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
    • Prior industrial forklift experience required
    • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
    • Comfortable working outdoors in all temperatures and in loud, high-volume environments
    • Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
    • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
    • Strong teamwork, communication, dependability, and attention to detail required
