6:00 AM•3:00 PM 2nd

Skills and Experience:
As a Forklift/Tugger Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping production moving by safely transporting materials and ensuring the right parts are delivered to the right place at the right time. Your commitment to safety, quality, and integrity directly impacts the success of the production process.
Your responsibilities include:
Safely operate sit-down forklifts and tugger vehicles to transport materials throughout the facility. Load, unload, move, and stage materials to support daily production and shipping operations. Deliver parts and supplies accurately and on time to maintain production flow. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy using automated inventory systems. Track and document material movement while maintaining accurate inventory records. Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures to protect yourself, your teammates, and the products you handle. Maintain a clean, organized work area while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Skills and experience What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the job safely and correctly every day.
Qualified candidates must:
Have at least two (2) years of recent forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment. Have recent production and/or forklift experience. Be eligible to obtain a Mercedes-Benz facility badge. Be willing and able to work any assigned shift, including overtime when required. Possess basic math and problem-solving skills. Be comfortable learning automated and computerized inventory management systems. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, producing quality work, and operating with honesty and integrity in every aspect of the job.
