Job Description

W e are seeking experience Reach forklift drivers and General labor in the Chandler Area, Duties Operate reach forklifts, Crown and Raymond Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using barcode scanning technology for logistics. Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts and updates within the warehouse management system. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipment contents against documentation. Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs to ensure operational safety. Support warehouse distribution tasks by organizing storage areas and optimizing space utilization. Follow manual handling procedures for heavy lifting tasks to prevent injuries. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve workflow efficiency and safety compliance. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and equipment usage. Skills Proven experience operating reach forklifts Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics. Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking, load & unload procedures. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards in production environments. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to inventory counts and measurements. Experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles is advantageous. Skilled in equipment repair basics and troubleshooting heavy equipment issues. Excellent manual handling skills with attention to safety standards in heavy lifting tasks. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy. This position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations while prioritizing safety and accuracy. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
