KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our South Chandler center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this Educational Services role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to KinderCare's mission of enriching early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth and learning milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and center events. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and routines. Support classroom routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching practice.
