In this Educational Services role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth and learning milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and center events. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and routines. Support classroom routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching practice.
