Role:

We are a growing Ecommerce company looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator & Picker to support our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for operating a Crown Stand-Up Forklift, picking orders, and ensuring inventory is accurately moved, stored, and staged throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Crown Stand-Up Forklift to move, stack, and organize pallets and inventory throughout the warehouse. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using the forklift. Pick individual or bulk items accurately from warehouse locations based on pick lists or system orders. Stage picked orders in designated areas for the shipping team to process and pack. Restock warehouse shelves and pallet locations as inventory is received or replenished. Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy before handoff. Perform daily pre-operation safety inspections on the forklift and report any mechanical issues to management. Maintain organized and clearly labeled pallet locations and storage areas throughout the warehouse. Assist with receiving, organizing, and putaway of inbound shipments as needed. Keep forklift operating areas clean, clear, and free of hazards at all times. Follow all warehouse safety protocols, forklift operating procedures, and company guidelines without exception. Communicate any inventory discrepancies, low stock, or picking issues to the Inventory Control Specialist or Team Lead promptly.

What We're Looking For Forklift Experience :

Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift, preferably Crown, is highly preferred. Forklift certification is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate.

Detail-Oriented :

You pick accurately, double-check your work, and understand that picking errors directly impact customer satisfaction and shipping timelines.

Reliability :

You are dependable, punctual, and safety-focused. Some Saturdays may be required based on operational needs.

Physical Ability :

Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift/move 10-50+ lbs as needed in a warehouse environment.

Team Player :

You work well with the shipping and inventory teams and communicate proactively when issues arise.
