With expanded operations at our new Glendale, Arizona facility designed to significantly increase production capacity, we are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our growing team. Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing and warehouse environment Load and unload materials from trailers and delivery trucks Transport materials between production lines, storage areas, and loading docks Stack and store inventory in designated locations while following inventory control procedures Inspect loads for damage, shortages, and proper securement Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance or repair needs Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and support production schedules Follow all workplace safety regulations and maintain clean, obstruction-free work areas Qualifications Minimum of 4 years operating sit-down forklift driving experience Valid forklift certification required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Basic computer skills required Bilingual skills are a plus Preferred Skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Dependable and collaborative team player Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match On-site employee cafeteria On-site employee fitness center
