Full-time | Monday-Friday Job Summary Madden Industrial Craftsmen is hiring Chemical Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity at a chemical manufacturing facility in Glendale, AZ. This role provides progressive training in chemical production, container filling, and industrial plant operations within a highly regulated and safety-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform labor duties supporting production and plant operations Operate propane forklift to move containers and materials (preferred) Stage containers and support fill line operations Assist with plant housekeeping and cleanup Support maintenance and preparation tasks on containers and equipment Load and unload trucks, trailers, and tankers after training Complete filling logs and production reports Connect and disconnect railcars Assist with cylinder valve rebuilding and inspection processes Support bleach manufacturing and product sampling Perform minor equipment maintenance Participate in safety training and emergency response team as required Conduct visual inspections of cylinders and containers per DOT standards Qualifications Chemical manufacturing or production experience preferred Forklift experience preferred (propane forklift strongly preferred) Ability to maneuver trucks/trailers for loadout after training Strong safety awareness in chemical environment Ability to lift, move, and handle materials regularly Reliable attendance and willingness to learn progressive skills
Schedule Winter:
Monday-Friday starting at 5:00 AM (8+ hrs/day avg.) Start time may vary Overtime based on production needs
Summer:
Monday-Friday starting at 4:00 AM (10-12 hrs/day avg.) Start time may vary Overtime discretionary based on production
Pay:
