Catering company hiring a full time catering warehouse assistant. Work within the industry is preferred

Core Responsibilities:

Order fulfillment: Pull & pack equipment, china, glassware and dry goods using precise event pull sheets

Loading & Transport:

Load & secur catering equipment & supplies into company vehicles for safe transport to event sites

Inventory Control:

Receive, inspect and organize incoming stock, tracking inventory counts to prevent shortages

Post Event Processing:

Unload, clean and sanitize all items. Restock returned gear & dishware back into proper warehouse storage

Facility Maintenance:

Keep warehouse aisles, loading docks & staging area zones clean, hazard free & organized Prepare weekly linen orders Running miscellaneous errands

Requirements & Qualifications:

Age & Education:

Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent

Physical Strength:

Able to stand for long periods & frequently lift up to 50lbs

Safety Knowledge:

Willing to follow food safety, sanitation & OSHA guidelines

Drivers License:

Valid drivers license preferred for occasional event deliveries or driving company vehicles

Skills:

Good basic math, organization & teamwork skills
