$19.00 per hour 26-09287 Job summary The Warehouse II Forklift Operator performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products under general supervision. This role involves receiving goods, verifying items against shipment records, inspecting conditions, packing items for shipment, and completing documentation. Responsibilities Receive goods and verify items against shipment records Inspect condition of received items Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods Record received and shipped items following established procedures Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas Complete written and computerized documentation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience At least 1 year of related experience Prefer forklift certification Knowledge of typical shipping and receiving procedures and ability to handle exceptions Basic reading, writing, and numerical ability Valid driver's license with good driving record may be required Ability to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift Effective verbal communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Location Phoenix, AZ About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
