Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available Join Our Growing Electronics Recycling Team Corporate E-Waste Solutions (CEWS) is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sit-Down Forklift Operator / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Brea warehouse team. Candidates must have prior sit-down forklift operating experience. While shipping and receiving experience is beneficial, we are willing to train motivated individuals who possess strong forklift skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the warehouse. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Prepare outbound shipments, palletize materials, and assist with loading trucks. Accurately track inventory and warehouse transactions using company systems and paperwork. Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean, safe storage areas. Assist with sorting, handling, and processing electronic equipment and e-waste materials. Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift operating experience required. Ability to safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Forklift certification preferred; certification may be verified or renewed upon hire. Shipping and receiving experience is helpful but not required. Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, or material handling is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Basic computer and documentation skills are preferred. Experience working in electronics recycling, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments is a plus. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
