Full Job Description Salary:

Reference:

1175952-3 End to end Sales Order processing including, but not limited to, allocation, picking, validating order, processing paperwork and shipping. Employees in this position are expected to be able to assist at both, Carson and Avalon facilities, and can successfully perform all necessary functions between both locations. Refer to Warehouse Matrix below for a summary of duties and position levels. Files copies of shipping documents and Outbound Truck Inspection Form in appropriate storage areas and promptly turns in all original shipping documentation to designated department. Uses wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory. Identifies damages and reports shortages or quality deficiencies Returns raw ingredients/materials to proper locations and storage area as directed. Moves goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility Examines products to verify conformance to quality standards Receives incoming materials following established receiving procedures to include: o GMP o Safety procedures o Inbound inspection procedure o Temperature monitoring o Documentation monitoring and record maintenance o Refusal of loads o Lot traceability o Product identification o Storage practices o BFI/Syspro transactions Picks, moves or conveys material, tools, product, parcels, and supplies using pull ticket, pick ticket, batch card, and/or verbal instructions, while assuring perishable ingredients are not expired, or are about to become expired. Ensures proper usage of raw materials by rotating inventory according to FIFO methodology. Controls inventory accuracy of ingredients, products, materials, and supplies by participating in physical inventories and maintaining/documenting inventory records. Maintains the sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse, storage areas, freezers, coolers, yard, and equipment. Helps maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities Is punctual, on time, and adheres to company attendance policies. Regular Attendance is an essential job function. Other duties may be assigned as determined by management.
