You'll impact operational uptime and workplace safety while supporting the operations and maintenance teams in an onsite capacity. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Safely operate sit-down forklifts for ground-level staging, loading, and heavy material moves Operate order pickers (cherry pickers) for high-elevation picking, inventory audits, and elevated maintenance tasks Perform structural repairs to storage racks, realign safety netting, and repair dock doors, seals, and heavy fixtures Replace high-bay lights and inspect top-tier racking safety using fall-protection equipment Conduct routine handyman tasks including drywall patching, painting, light plumbing clearing, basic carpentry, and facility assembly Perform regular safety audits of the warehouse floor, racking systems, and emergency exits to maintain OSHA compliance Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment with facilities maintenance or handyman responsibilities Proven experience operating order pickers and sit-down forklifts Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and using proper fall-protection harnesses Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and sustain long periods of standing or walking Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Pay Rate $22.00/hr Ready to Make Your Mark?
