In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of machinery, including CNC machines, stamping presses, and fabrication tools, while also handling materials with precision using forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and efficient materials handling in a fast-paced factory environment. Duties Operate CNC machining equipment such as CNC lathes, milling machines, and CAM programming systems to produce precision parts according to blueprints and technical specifications Manage fabrication processes including stamping presses, press brake machines, and welding operations to assemble components accurately Use forklifts and other material handling tools to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies safely within the manufacturing facility Conduct routine inspections of machinery using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret detailed blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), CAD drawings, and technical documents for accurate production setup Perform basic maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot issues with Fanuc controls or programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs Assist in assembly line tasks and packaging operations to prepare finished goods for shipment while maintaining safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or press brake machines in a factory setting Valid forklift certification with demonstrated skills in materials handling and warehouse organization Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications confidently Familiarity with CNC programming concepts, CAM programming software, Fanuc controls, and PLC systems is highly desirable Skilled in the use of hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments in manufacturing tasks Prior experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication facility with an emphasis on safety standards and quality assurance Join us to bring your skills to life in a vibrant environment where every day offers new challenges!
