This onsite role follows scheduled shift coverage (1st shift 6:30 AM-3:00 PM or 2nd shift 3:30 PM-12:00 AM with a $0.50/hr differential) and may require occasional Saturdays and short overtime during peak volume. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Operate a clamp truck or sit-down propane forklift to load full pallets and floor-stacked freight Maximize container cube while protecting product from damage Secure and brace loads; verify count and door assignment before sealing Complete trailer safety and pest checks prior to loading Use the WMS for picking, staging, and load confirmation Perform daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Verifiable clamp truck experience and sit-down propane forklift proficiency Prior container or trailer loading experience with cube optimization Knowledge of load securement and damage prevention techniques Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to pass a written equipment assessment before start Ability to pass a hands-on forklift or clamp certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite Compliance with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, and badge/key fob access Pay Range $20.00 - $20.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
