Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Building Supply Yard/Forklift Operator and be a vital part of our yard operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, safely operating various types of heavy equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the supply yard. Your expertise will help us maintain high safety standards, optimize distribution, and support our commitment to delivering quality products on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, this position is perfect for you! Duties Safely operate forklifts and transport materials within the yard and warehouse. Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance checks to ensure all material handling equipment operates safely and effectively. Follow OSHA safety standards and forklift safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents and injuries. Support warehouse management by organizing materials, performing manual handling tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to load & unload trucks, verify shipments, and perform inventory audits as needed.
