Medical, Dental, AD&D Job Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products, pallets, materials, and supplies Load and unload trucks and trailers Transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas Stack and organize pallets and products in designated areas Verify product quantities, labels, and pallet information Load and move products while preventing damage to materials and equipment Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory activities Maintain proper organization of warehouse and storage areas Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns Follow all forklift operating procedures and company safety guidelines Maintain a clean and safe work area Communicate effectively with supervisors, warehouse employees, and production teams Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed Meet productivity and safety expectations Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Previous forklift experience is preferred Valid forklift certification is preferred; certification may be provided based on company requirements Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or production environment Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, or other material-handling equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills for counting and verifying products Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime and weekends as required Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions Why Work With Full Steam Staffing?
