Job Description Pay Range:

$17.15 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Ensure all machines are operational before start-up. Prepare all spice mixes and make sure they are correctly labeled and weighed. Operation of chillers for proper temperatures . Build and take down cardboard bins/boxes. Product mover; keeping track of bins, source meat and/finished product into trailers. Product MDP inventory. Forklift operation for condemning. Scanning and labeling. Record keeping. Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete floor. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to climb tall ladders and catwalks. Follow all safety rules. Must be able to lift 50 pounds an work in a fast pace environment. Requires basic math skills Must be pallet jack/forklift certified. Must be able to stack.
