We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team and help us maintain efficient operations in receiving, moving, storing, and distributing raw and finished goods, materials, tools, equipment, and products within our facility. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our materials and products are handled safely and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a forklift to transport goods throughout the facility. Daily tasks and duties may differ from day to day as required. Ability to work with multiple teams to ensure the highest quality of product. Responsibilities Safely operate stand up forklift and other powered equipment throughout facility Ensure production team has a steady supply of packaging materials Remove, palletize, and store finished goods in warehouse Communicate with Receiving, Shipping, Quality, Maintenance and Production teams as needed Removal of debris from high traffic areas General housekeeping and custodial duties Required Skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications) Experience in shipping or receiving Detail oriented Team focused Repetitive lifting and able to lift 50 lbs 1 year of Forklift experience required High School Diploma or equivalent Hours Full-time job Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM Mandatory overtime Open availability for unexpected schedule changes as production may demand including able to work weekends Salary $19.00 per hour Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage Life Insurance 10 Paid Holidays PTO - Vacation Time Sick Pay 401K Program Company
