We are seeking a dependable Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team in a full-time dual-role position. This is not a driver-only position. The successful candidate will split their time between operating a 20-26 ft. box truck for deliveries and performing hands-on warehouse work. You will deliver food and supplies from our Central Kitchen to Bafang Dumpling restaurant locations and assist with loading, unloading, staging, receiving, and organizing products when you are not on the road. No Class A or Class B CDL is required. A standard Class C driver's license is acceptable.

Key Tasks:

Receiving Product & Stocking Picking Orders Cycle Counting Warehouse Management Delivering Product to our restaurant locations Other warehouse duties as assigned. Safely load and unload truck Follow all safety procedures and company policies Adapt to changing schedules and work overtime (including weekends) as needed to support business demands

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience in delivery or warehouse operations preferred Strong communication skills Ability to operate pallet jacks or lift equipment (certification a plus) Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs. Flexible schedule availability early mornings, late evenings, and weekends

Schedule & Travel:

Combination of delivery driving and warehouse work Must be available to work weekends and holidays Regional deliveries between Southern California and Northern California Northern California deliveries may require overnight stays Lodging is provided for required overnight delivery trips
