La Mirada Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electric Stand-Up Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently operate a stand-up reach forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities Safely operate an electric stand-up reach forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials. Retrieve and put away pallets from racking at various heights. Transport products and materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trucks as needed. Accurately stage products and prepare orders for shipment. Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report any equipment issues. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with general warehouse duties when needed. Follow supervisor instructions and meet productivity expectations. Requirements Previous experience operating an electric stand-up forklift . Ability to operate the forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment. Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures. Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisles. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to complete a forklift evaluation, if required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a 3PL or high-volume warehouse environment. Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems. Experience handling pallets and working with warehouse racking systems. Current forklift certification is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate equipment for extended periods.
