Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Milpitas, CA Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse and material-handling operations. This position is responsible for operating industrial equipment to safely move, load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure materials are moved to the correct locations. Transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas. Operate levers and controls for lifting devices, including forklifts and hoists. Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes manually or mechanically. Secure materials and products for transport to designated areas. Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Support timely and accurate movement of inventory throughout the warehouse or facility. Report equipment concerns, load discrepancies, or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor. Required Qualifications Current forklift certification is required. Previous experience selecting inventory is required. Previous inventory management experience is required. Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and warehouse distribution practices is preferred. Physical Requirements Frequent use of arms, hands, wrists, fingers, legs, ankles, and feet. Ability to bend, squat, sit, and stand for extended periods. Ability to safely perform material-handling duties in a warehouse or industrial environment.
